张静宁，美国亚利桑那州立大学教育学博士、外国语学院副教授， 从事比较高等教育、美国语言政策研究，发表了ssci和cssci论文十余篇，主持了教育部人文社科项目和江苏省教育科学“十二五”规划项目各1项，并入选2016年东南大学优秀青年教师科研资助计划。
