my research interest is in the interdisciplinary area of linguistics, psychology, education and communication sciences and disorders. this work includes studies of second language acquisition, language development and comprehension, personality, brain structures and functions, and cognitive capacities. currently i am focusing on the foreign language learning disabilities(flld) in college students, their underlying nature, objective assessment, as well as traditional and internet-based.
